Shipping Policy

Shipping within Switzerland

Orders within Switzerland are shipped with Swiss Post using PostPac Priority. As the goods are sensitive or fragile, shipments are sent as fragile consignments.

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order:

The applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

The delivery period begins once the order is ready for shipment and has been handed over to the shipping provider. Any stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. Orders are generally not processed or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

International shipping

International orders are shipped with UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order. The calculation is based in particular on the destination country, shipment weight, package dimensions and the selected UPS shipping service.

The applicable shipping price is displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees

For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, handling fees or other charges may be imposed in the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such additional costs are not included in the shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient. The amount and collection of these charges are governed by the regulations of the respective destination country.

Delivery delays

We have no direct influence over delays that occur after an order has been handed over to Swiss Post or UPS. This includes delays caused by customs clearance, exceptionally high shipping volumes, weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs already incurred are generally not refunded if a shipment is refused or not collected. Additional return shipping, storage or handling costs may be charged to the customer if the unsuccessful delivery is attributable to the customer.
