This bowl is incredibly versatile. Originally designed for a signature dish by Anne-Sophie Pic at Restaurant Pic (2 Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points) in the Beau Rivage Palace in Lausanne, it's perfect for salads, soups, and pasta. Its wide base provides ample space for comfortable eating with a fork or spoon.
Made of porcelain, freely thrown on the potter's wheel and fired in an electric kiln at 1,275 degrees. The inside is glazed only to 4 cm below the rim to showcase the beauty of the matte porcelain, and then polished to a velvety smoothness with diamond sandpaper.

Porcelain is a natural product and is processed by Cornelia Hofstetter according to pure craftsmanship principles. Slight variations in shape and size, as well as features that emphasise its naturalness and traces of the manufacturing process, are desirable characteristics.
