At first glance a classic can, this duo transforms into a bowl and a small plate. It offers space for a small salad and a piece of bread.
The duo is made from a mixture of porcelain and stoneware (98% / 2%) and freely thrown on the potter's wheel. It was fired in an electric kiln at 1,275 degrees Celsius. The bowl is fully glazed on the inside and matte on the outside. The lid/plate is glazed except for a fine, 5mm wide rim on the top and has been polished to a velvety smooth finish with diamond sandpaper.

Porcelain is a natural product and is processed by Cornelia Hofstetter according to pure craftsmanship principles. Slight variations in shape and size, as well as features that emphasise its naturalness and traces of the manufacturing process, are desirable characteristics.
