This fruit bowl and serving dish is a unique piece made from high-quality French Limoges porcelain. Limoges porcelain is characterised by its brilliant white colour and translucency (partial light transmission). I threw it freehand on the potter’s wheel and, following a complex drying process, fired it at 1,280 degrees in a gas kiln in a reduced atmosphere for over 9 hours.
It is fully glazed on the inside, so it is ideal not only as a fruit bowl but also for serving dishes and salads.
